We observed that the webpage stated " MyBill is a money flow tracking utility, it can also be used to keep track of the receipts issued by the various shops and the utility companies telephone, power etc and present them later in useful reports." It also stated " Would you like to monitor the maintenance of your property? Page last modified on July 02, 2013, at 0843 PM." The header had money as the highest ranking keyword. This keyword was followed by flow, track, and invoices which isn't as urgent as money. The other words the site used was monitor. report is also included but will not be understood by search crawlers.
